Chili with Beef

Ingredients:

● 3/4 tbsp olive oil

● 1/2 onion

● 1 carrot

● 1 celery

● 3 ounces chorizo sausage

● 1 red chili

● 1.5 lb grass-fed ground beef

● 1 clove garlic

● 1 tsp cumin

● 1 tsp coriander seed

● 1 cup chopped tomatoes

● 2 tbsp tomato paste

● 1/2 tsp soy sauce

● salt and pepper

● 1.5 tbsp port red wine

● 1 bay leaf

Directions:

Press the saute feature on high for 30 minutes and cook the oil, onion, celery, carrot, sausage and chili for a couple of minutes
